We had lovely and incredible breakfasts with freshly baked scones. The location was lovely, really close to castle hill park. Moreover, it was right by the centre of the village, the festival, and the pub directly across the road.

Cozy attic room with great breakfast but no pets allowed.

The attic double room offers a cozy, unique space with sloped ceilings that add character, and the large windows provide plenty of natural light. The location provides easy access to beautiful gardens nearby, perfect for a morning stroll.
The room felt a bit cramped due to the roof angles, something that might not appeal to those who prefer more spacious surroundings. The nearby options for dining are limited. With only two pubs available, choices for evening meals can be a tad restricted, especially if you're in the mood for something different. Those looking for a buzzing nightlife might find the options in the area to be lacking.

Charming Stay for Couples
We enjoyed a good night in the attic room. The cozy ambiance and picturesque views were lovely. Don't miss visiting Stourhead Gardens nearby! Although the village is small, it's quiet, perfect for a romantic getaway. Plan dinner early as the local pubs can fill up fast.

The breakfast was notable, offering a good selection. I appreciated the suggestions for local walks and places to visit, which enhanced my experience. I particularly enjoyed browsing over the daily paper at the dining table.
The village was small with limited pub options. The location might not suit those looking for large city amenities.

The hotel's limited dining options outside can be a bummer for those wanting variety. Just two nearby pubs make for predictable evenings. The overall small size of the hotel and the lack of diverse entertainment nearby might not appeal to everyone, as some may prefer a more bustling atmosphere.
